New Covenant Presbyterian Church
On June 21st 2020, we returned to services in the sanctuary.

Greetings fellow Christians!
This Sunday we will be symbolically begin decorating for Advent/Christmas during worship. Completion of decorations will be done before the next Sunday.
This a very different service from the usual. I hope you enjoy it. We are especially looking forward to the return of our bell choir at the beginning of the service.
I mentioned in the November newsletter that I was starting a weekly Prayer Time for any and all. I tried it on Wed. at noon but that didn't work out.
I think it is really important for some of us to gather in prayer on a regular basis but I need to determine what time works for you.
I discussed this in Sunday School and heard about a new reason to gather:
PUSH (Pray - Until - Something - Happens).
If we want to be faithful to God's call to ministry, we need to support one another with prayer. So, I am making another suggestion.
On Wednesdays at 5:30 PM, i will have a time for anyone who wants to join me in a time of - Share and Pray.
Several choir members grab dinner before choir (which begins @ 7 PM) and I am suggesting that we all bring our dinners and share our joys and concerns and then pray.
Even if you are not a choir member, ALL are invited to join in my office.
Let me know what you think about this and if you wish to participate.
Also, please do the revised survey about Christmas Eve so we can plan for next month.
If you wish to join us and are not on our regular e-mail list, please call Melanie and reserve a seat - yes - reserve a seat at our Christmas Eve service(s).
We are taking COVID very seriously and while we want all to share in Christian fellowship, we need to plan ahead and BE SAFE.
Under current rules, we are restricted to 30 people in the sanctuary at one time, so we need accurate counts of who is planning on attending.
Yes, we will live-stream and record our 6 PM service for those unable to attend.
If we have more 'reserved seats' than we can handle for the 6 PM service, we will have a duplicate service at 7:30 PM.
Please join us either in person on on-line for worship. If you cannot catch the live-streamed service, it will be recorded and available on You Tube.
Alternately, you either use a search for "You Tube New Cov Events" or simply subscribe to our You Tube Channel to be automatically alerted any time we 'go live'.
We also encourage all of you to join with us for Bible Study on Sunday mornings at 8:45 or on Tuesday mornings at 9 (in person and on Zoom).
If you cannot join our Bible study in person and wish to ZOOM in, we are ready for you:
The ZOOM meeting ID for Tuesday morning is: 924 0202 9443
Zoom has changed things, so you will need a password: NCPC
The bulletin for Sunday and the YouTube recording of our live services can be found here.
I always appreciate receiving updates on any pastoral concerns so that I may address the needs.
Looking forward to seeing you soon!
May God bless and keep you, and have a WONDERFUL Thanksgiving, giving thanks for all the blessings God has provided for you!
